For the last couple months, we have had a weird issue with our home connection timing out every 15 minutes or so, which was not only very annoying, especially on wireless, but made it nearly impossible to play Xbox Live without getting lagged out. But today that was finally fixed! Comcast came today, nice and early (8 am), and replaced our router. The cool part though was the Comcast guy also played Halo 3, so we had a good 10 minute talk about matchmaking, and how your internet setup (using a router, wireless, etc) affects gameplay. Plus, he wasn’t just some noob; a level 40 like myself. Anyways, now my internet is “screaming!” (as he put it):

Yessir. I’m back. This time for real. New domain, new design.

I’m back at home for almost a month now, for the winter holidays. And since I wasn’t able to get a job over break (fuck you Target), I have lots of time on my hands. That means updates.

First up, SOB Central now has a proper vBulletin forum. Check it out. It’ll be opening tomorrow. And since it’s the only Styles of Beyond fansite, you know Cheap, Ryu, and Tak will probably join up.

Second, in a couple days, we will be opening up a Linkin Park Wiki at LPP. It will be a giant database of Linkin Park knowledge, created by you guys, the fans! Shout out to Reflectionist, the brains behind this projekt.

We are beginning to develop LPP v2.0. Its going to be awesome. In addition to the wiki, theres lots of great features that we will be adding to the site, in addition to an updated design. You guys are going to love it.

So now that I’m home, I can play Halo 3 at 1080i on our HD widescreen. Oh man, its beautiful. Unfortunately, our internet is having some issues that is preventing me from playing Xbox Live without being booted, so on Monday Comcast will be getting a nice friendly phone call from me. The new maps are pretty dope, also. I’ll be posting my Halo 3 pics, vids, and stats in the Halo section.

I will also be making sections for my photography, works of literature, graphics, and web designs.

The new Lupe Fiasco album is amazing. Be sure to pick a copy (or four) this Tuesday.
